One year ago, I had an opportunity to go to “Smoky Inn restaurant”, but it was a pity that I didn’t grasp that opportunity.

Johnson took his foreign tutor and my former colleague to this marvelous restaurant.

At that time Johnson asked me if I would like to go with them.

Maybe I was not free, so I didn’t go with them.

This fascinating restaurant was opened by a German.

I believe that it mustn’t be a usual restaurant. One day I should go and visit it when I have time.



Then in the early September an opportunity came when I invited Johnson to go there.

Johnson said that we could invite someone to go with us.

The first person I wanted to take was John. John lived in Germany once.

He must know the traditional German food.

Luckily, I arranged the outing day when everyone was free.

We spent almost three hours to get there.

We had taken three different transportations, the freeway bus, MRT and the car.

The restaurant is near the south sea shore of Taiwan, and also it is surrounded by a picturesque village.

The only bad thing was that the wind was too strong, even in the restaurant.

It didn’t make us feel upset when we saw the enormous salad and the full ham and sausage frying pan.

It was quite good to taste.





During our traveling, John and Johnson were chatting all the time.

It was hard to believe that it was their first time to meet each other.

I very enjoyed their talking. Hope one day I can be as good in English as Johnson.

Additionally, I was glad to meet Ivy. She is a nurse working in the national airport.

I haven’t met a person whose job is so different from mine.



When I came back to Hsinchu, one unlucky thing had happened.

My scooter had been pulled by the policeman, because I parked it on the sidewalk.

Though the policeman fined me eight hundred NT dollars, I still was in a good mood as we had a good and unforgettable travel.
