Crazy Weather Man
某一種台灣的媒體文化...
At the central weather bureau (CWB), there is a senior forecaster and chief of the weather forecast center Daniel Wu who has been serving for over 30 years.
But he will retire next month due to the heavy criticism the bureau has faced from government and media recently.
Because of lack of knowledge in weather of the Taiwanese, few people can accept that the CWB changes their previous forecasts about typhoon rainfall over two times.
It is a common thing for forecasters to revise their forecasts according to new data.

Typhoon Morakot brought extremely strong wind and heavy rainfall when it came to Taiwan.
The absolute devastation was caused in large areas of southern Taiwan two months ago.
The other typhoon Ketsana wreaked havoc on Philippine capital last month because of flooding.
